- クルーズ船の到着が遅れたり、到着しなかったためにツアー/アクティビティに参加できなかった場合、返金はありません。
- 公共の場ではガイドにマスク着用を義務付け
- 子供は大人と同行しなければなりません
- 日焼け止めを持参し、サングラスをかけ、適切な衣服を着用することをお勧めします（長ズボンと長袖が好ましい）。
- 移動用の車両の定期的な消毒
- 近くに公共交通機関があります
- ATVを操作するには、有効な運転免許証が必要です。
- クルーズ船の乗客は予約時に次の情報を提供しなければなりません：船名、ドッキング時間、下船時間および再搭乗時間
- ツアー・体験全体を通してソーシャルディスタンスの確保を要請
- 公共の場では旅行者にマスク着用を義務付け
- 旅行者とスタッフ用のアルコール手指消毒液を用意
- 用具・機器などの使用後の消毒
- 背骨に健康上の問題がある方にはおすすめしません
出発予定時刻の24時間前までにキャンセルされた場合、全額返金の対象となります。

- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

My family and I first went in August of 2018, then March of 2019 and again this year of November 2022. Ever since our first tour we became really good friends with the tour guides and always have an awesome time riding around the island. Each time was different doing both the east and west tours. Our favorite part this year was riding through the muddy puddles and getting a little dirty… I mean what’s a real atv tour without getting a little messy.

This tour was really cool and we enjoyed it a lot, especially visiting the cave. There was confusion about the time the ship arrived and we missed our tour but they got us on the next one. PLEASE CONFIRM LOCAL TIME VS SHIP TIME IF BOOKING AS A SHORE EXCURSION FOE YOUR CRUISE.
