The introduction dive is a 3 hour fun, beautiful and memorable experience at Curacao. One of our PADI professionals will give you a brief theory session, including an explanation about the dive equipment, the rules of diving and the underwater world. This course is a quick and simple learn to dive program.

Jan Thiel was a great choice for us! Jill picked us up from the cruise terminal and drove us to the Dive Shop. She was very kind and informative, telling us about the island. We had a great private lesson and would definitely use Jan Thiel diving again.

Our favorite part of the practice dive was swimming past the ship wreck. As father and daughter it was an amazing experience for both of us. The short explanation of the concept of diving was excellent and for both our first time diving it was even better than we expected! I would highly recommend it.

A great diving experience

It was a wonderful experience! Jan Thiel diving helped us under and the basics and then took us out to tugboat beach. Saw lots of fish and a sunken ship.

Did my first ever scuba diving experience last week with Bob and it was such an incredible experience that I had to go and do it a 2nd time a few days later! He goes through everything to make sure that your diving experience is as amazing and enjoyable as possible, I felt totally safe and comfortable for both my dives and will certainly go back again!
